Stroll through the olive grove, photograph wonderful sunsets and views of the Sierra Nevada or enjoy an EVOO tasting. Unique and different experiences, in an incomparable setting such as the farm.
Visit our “Varieties Garden” where we have an international collection of olive trees, for the study of the olive and its characteristics.
You will be able to verify the concept of “circular bioeconomy”, where the ‘Composting Plant’ aims to correct the serious lack of organic matter suffered by the soils of Andalusian olive groves, whose content only exceptionally exceeds 1% by weight (most of these soils have not received contributions of organic matter since farm animals were replaced by tractors).
