Our olive juice from centenary olive trees is a “Natural Blend” of the first oils obtained between the end of October and the beginning of November, from our older centenary olive trees.

Harvesting: Between the end of October and the beginning of November. Very early veraison olives, with 80-85% still green.

Varieties: Picual, negrillo from Iznalloz, hojiblanca, suckling pig from Granada, pike and loaime.

Elaboration: High quality olive oil, obtained directly from olives using only mechanical processes. The key aspects to produce a quality extra virgin olive oil are keeping the olive in perfect condition, harvesting it at the right moment of maturation, grinding it quickly after harvesting, carrying out the extraction process at a low temperature and keeping the oil free of oxidation processes.

Organic Production : Our careful production of Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil guarantees 100% respect for the environment, since only natural products are used in the cultivation of the olive grove and, therefore, free of chemical products. It has been prepared following the European regulation on organic production and labeling of organic products (EU Regulation 2018/848).

In this way we manage to obtain a product with all the benefits of organic farming, healthy, natural, with many beneficial properties for health and respectful with the environment, and of exceptional quality to satisfy the most demanding palates.

Production volume: Limited Edition To 1,000 liters per year.

Consumption : Indicated for raw comsuption, salads, fruit, toast, fish or a simple pairing to give aromas and flavor to the best international cuisine recipes.
